SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that all orders are shipping from one of our Ottawa / Jacksonville / overseas warehouses, depending on the item and its stock status.

We ship within 1 to 5 business days of the order being placed. However, due to worldwide delays in container shipments, some items are being sent Air Express from our Overseas Warehouse, directly to you. Express shipping is fast and efficient and always by large, well established Couriers such as UPS, FEDEX and DHL. The typical transit times are between 8 – 10 business days.

The advantage of doing this, is that everything is always in stock and we can seamlessly deliver everything you ordered. All warranty shipping is within Canada & the USA.

We are in constant, and close communication with our Overseas Warehouse, they are part of our team and together we provide top quality products and customer service.

All orders are fully trackable from when they leave for their journey to you, until they arrive. Please note, that at times, automated software arrival times are estimates and your package may arrive a day or two before or after the projected date.

We are not responsible for safety and security of the parcel once it was delivered to the address left upon ordering and proof of the delivery from the carrier is available. Fraud, theft and lost packages complains with a delivered status are required to be initiated by the customer with the carrier directly.

Note: We do not ship to P.O Boxes and forwarding addresses. If you placed an order with shipping address being a P.O Box or forwarding address – your order will cancelled and you will be refunded the order amount minus the refund processing fees.

You never have to pay custom duties or taxes, this has been paid in advance (applicable for USA & Canada orders)
