Return Process

Within 30 days of purchase if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your Vellgus Products please let us know.

To be eligible for a return you MUST first contact us at [email protected] with your order information. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, or your return/exchange will not be processed. 

To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order information and thorough details of what you are experiencing with the product. We will assist you with troubleshooting and, if necessary, replace the item entirely. Replacements may be subject to current stock availability and you may experience delays.

Items need to be returned in a like-new, re-saleable condition, in the original packaging as received. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn or missing major contents may be denied a return. Please note that the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.

Up to 3 Year Complete Warranty

Up to 3 years of your order delivery date, if your light is not working properly, we will fix or replace it. Each case will be assessed on a case by case basis, and we will make sure you’re back up and running as quickly as possible.

Buyer has ten (10) days after delivery to report the receipt of a damaged item. Damages during shipping are rare, but they do happen.

1 When returning a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to shipping the products back to Vellgus Red Light. International shipping charges are non-refundable. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories or the shipment will be refused by the warehouse . A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by Vellgus Red Light for damage or missing accessories. If the returned light is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order. 

2 Vellgus Red Light will assess each warranty claim on a case by case basis. Resolution of warranty claims may include but are not limited to: shipment of a replacement part or parts, phone or email support to troubleshoot the product, or replacement of the product with a new or refurbished unit. The warranty is good up to 3 years from the date of purchase.  Any and all customer damage to light is not covered under warranty.  This includes breakage/damage from dropping, misuse or tampering with/opening the light without prior authorization. 

3 Any shipment within Canada & the USA that was shipped correctly but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered with the customer supplied address or returned to our warehouse will incur a flat $50 fee per carton/box for shipping/warehousing/receiving charges. Any returned shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price and shipping fees are non-refundable. 

4 Warranty valid only to original purchaser if item purchased directly from www.vellgus.com or authorized re-seller and is non-transferable.

5 All items purchased on sale and stands are final and they are not eligible for elective returns.

*To all orders placed on or after February 20th, 2023 that are eventually cancelled or returned – the restocking fee of 20% will be applied.
